What data we collect

• Sign up: login, password (stored encrypted, never in plain text), e-mail and, if you provide it, your WhatsApp.
• Panel access: IP address and date/time of each login, to show your history and protect your account.
• Game: your characters' data (name, class, level, clan, PvP/PK, online time), shown in the panel.
• Orders: amount of coins, price, payment method and status of each order.

Payments

Payments are processed by the payment providers themselves (such as Mercado Pago, Stripe, Binance, Wise and Revolut). We never receive or store card data or bank passwords. We only receive the confirmation that the payment was approved, so we can deliver the coins to your account.

How we use the data

• Create and maintain your account and let you into the game.
• Recover your password and confirm e-mail changes.
• Deliver purchases and show your order history.
• Security: prevent fraud, chargebacks and unauthorized access.
• Contact you about your account when needed.

Cookies and third-party tools

• Essential cookies: store your language, your panel login session and your answer to the cookie notice.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook): measures visits coming from our ads.
• Discord: the online members box is loaded directly from Discord.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the panel login stops working without them.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. It is only shared with payment providers, to process your purchase, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

Data is kept while your account exists. Order records may be kept longer for fraud prevention and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data. E-mail and password can be changed directly in the panel; for other requests, contact the team on Discord or Facebook.

This policy may be updated. Important changes will be announced on the website and on Discord.
